Here in the photo you can see an example of how we did the surface treatment of the red public letter boxes in Denmark.
First we casted the letter box in aluminum. The letter box was then machined on our CNC computer-controlled machines. Then the letter box was polished, surface treated and finally it was powder coated red.
In this photo you can see an example of the surface treatment of a cast parts in aluminium for one of our customers.
First, we casted the part in aluminium and then it was powder coated with a black special colour.
