A/S Secure metal foundry casts products and parts in aluminum for the industry in the form of parts for the ventilation industry, pump housings, covers, the pharmaceutical industry, road lighting, lift systems, quality assurance equipment, etc.
We also offer machining and surface treatment of the aluminum cast part according to the customer’s needs.
We supply solid aluminum cast solutions for many industries in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Ireland, Australia, India, Brazil and the USA.

We help you find the right solution
Any production begins with an analysis of the task, so that we can advise our customer on which casting method is best. Our experienced toolmakers and 3D designers produce the forms in collaboration with the customer and a test run is performed to ensure the optimal result.
For a larger production: We send our technical drawings and moulds to our Chinese partner (since 2004) if a larger production is needed. Every week, we get cast parts home from China for our customers both at home and abroad

Our skilled technicians perform CNC milling on our CNC machines. Here is an aluminum item prepared for milling.
Manufacturing of aluminum moulds
Our experienced 3D- designers/toolmakers manufacture the aluminum moulds and casts in collaboration with our customers. Here you can see our Mastercam technical file with specifications regarding preparation for starting the production of the moules for an aluminum workpiece.

A/S Secure aluminum foundry. Our specialty is cast aluminum items for industry as well as casting advice, machining and surface treatment. We help you choose the optimal casting method. We offer 5 different casting methods in aluminum: Sand casting, Die casting, Low pressure casting, Pressure casting and Precision casting. As well as 3D printing in aluminum.
Sand Casting
From 10–300 pcs. Good for complex core goods and for large or small workpieces. Also good for prototypes & batch samples.
Chill Casting
From 100–500 pcs. Next step after sand casting. Uniform surface & good tolerances. For small, medium-sized workpieces.
Low Pressure Casting
From 100–500 pcs. Up to approx. 50 kg pcs. High uniform quality & surface; good tolerances. Pressure-cast (pressure-impervious) workpieces.
Pressure Casting
Above 500 pcs. Fine tolerances and a smooth finish. High-quality workpieces. Production in China.
Robot polishing
We use robotic technology for grinding, polishing and deburring our customer-specific cast aluminum parts.
Green profile at the foundry
Solar panels on the roof cover approximately 10% of our total electricity consumption.
Aluminum is a green material, 90% of all aluminum used is recycled.
We use recycled aluminum which enables the Nordic Ecolabel for the end products.

Our company has been producing cast aluminum alloy components as well as zinc alloys and copper alloys since 1942.
We are not bound to just one casting process, but currently have five different aluminum casting methods + 3D printing at our disposal:
